The stimulus package for the 2008 financial meltdown -- the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA, Public
Law 111-5) -- contained provisions requiring state Medicaid programs to comply with their timely payment responsibilities, filing compliance reports on it, and tying their increased FMAP provisions to it. Any there any such provisions related to the increased FMAP that states are getting now related to the PHE?
