There's been some moving and shaking around parity following the Wit v. United Behavioral Health case. Wit v. UBH establishes a helpful precedent for states to pursue strengthened parity laws, oversight, and enforcement mechanisms.
Senator Wyden (Oregon), Ranking Member on the Senate Finance Committee, released letter to the CEO of United, demanding information on mental health and substance use coverage in the wake of Wit v.
