I received two concerns from members:
Is it possible for LMHPs to begin billing for Medicare. This would help with staffing.
When using telehealth can you bill if you provide services from your home vs an office setting?
I checked with our state Department of Insurance regarding telehealth paid by commercial insurance. They indicated contacting the companies but the guidance has to run through chain of command before they can make any announcements. They are hoping to hear something soon
