    We invite you to view Chuck Ingoglia's video message to you, National Council members. 

    In this message, Chuck shares his personal story, paints a portrait of progress and defines the model for the future of behavioral health. From the growth of Mental Health First Aid to the successes of CCBHCs, we hope that Chuck's message will serve as a rally cry for everyone to help advance the needs of all of our members and the people you serve.
