    As noted on our call earlier this week, in PA we are having some real issues with changes in venue and high court awards.  We are looking for any related information on tort reform, caps, or other risk mitigation strategies from other states.  Thank you.  Richard

    Feb 16 2023 Governor Kim Reynolds signed HF161 https://www.legis.iowa.gov/legislation/BillBook?ga=90&ba=hf161 medical malpractice tort reform creating a cap on noneconomic damages.
