    Hello,

Our associate operates as two non-profits - a 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(6).  Our longstanding timekeeping approach is to use a spreadsheet where staff allocate their time to each corporation, as appropriate, and then submit either electronically or on paper for approval.  There is no integration with payroll for PTO tracking, etc.  We are looking for a software solution that would allow for reporting and allocation of time to both corporations with reporting functions so financial management, etc.  Ideally, payroll integration would be an option.  Any suggestions or recommendations would be welcome.  Affordability is a significant consideration - we are 6 FTEs.

we use PayCor.  The advantage in working with them is that they were able to customize our timekeeping categories and other items to help with grant record keeping.
