    Dear Association Executives - Following up on the discussion during our Tuesday monthly meeting, the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) recently published two Proposed Rules in the Federal Register regarding telemedicine prescribing of controlled substances, including buprenorphine, in anticipation of the end of the COVID-19 public health emergency (PHE). National Council drafted comments and is providing a shell for our members to use in their own comments if they choose to submit them.
