We adopted MemberClicks last year as our association management software, after concluding that HubSpot was too much and Wild Apricot was too little. We are not happy with its capabilities, and I am curious to hear from associations that have products they're satisfied with.
Previously, we used RegFox for event registration, Robly for newsletters, and Groups.io for list-serves. In the interest of having a better integrated member portal to host a members-only calendar and web resource pages, we adopted MemberClicks, and it has diminished our engagement capacities rather than enhanced them.
Do you have an AMS that works for you? Do you weave together individual solutions rather than go the AMS route?
