Jennifer Lave, MBA, MTS, BCC, has been a chaplain, manager and regional director for community benefit and spiritual care in Colorado health care since August 2003. Previously, Jennifer was the owner/operator of a funeral home, a youth pastor, first responder in search and recovery, and served in the military. In 2016, she became a certified Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) instructor, and then became a National Trainer of instructors for MHFA in 2019. Jennifer obtained for Master's degree in Business Administration, Master's degree in Theological Studies, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, and has earned certificates in Grief and Loss Recovery.
