    Dear Association Executives - We are very much looking forward to seeing you next week for the Spring Association Executives meetings and Hill Day. 

    A few logistical items before you go…..

    Health and Safety:  

    The hotel tells us that "In compliance with all CDC, state and local health department guidelines, and Marriott's Commitment to Clean Program, we have enhanced our cleanliness procedures throughout the hotel, cleaning all public spaces and the fitness center frequently. Guests who have not been fully vaccinated are required to wear face coverings at all times and guests who have been fully vaccinated are no longer required to wear face coverings in the hotel or local area." 

    Housekeeping: 

    To limit guest room entries, housekeeping will not service or enter your room unless you make a request. Should you need any housekeeping service, additional towels or trash emptied, please request through the mobile app or by contacting the front desk.  As you might expect, the hotel is shorthanded and struggling with the same workforce issues all of you are experiencing. We kindly ask that you bring your patience and show grace to hotel staff.

    Parking

    Agendas:

    Much like NatCon22 we are continuing to go paperless. We suggest that you bring your devices to each meeting.  The latest schedule and agendas for each meeting are attached. We are happy to answer any additional questions that you may have.     Registration:

    Please pick up your tent cards and name badges from Diane at the entrance of the Del Ray Room.  

    Call-In:

    If you are not able to make it in-person, you may call in - Dial-In: 1-888-727-2247 - Passcode: 4232231. We do not have Zoom capability for next week's meetings.
