    Good morning - 

    I am looking for feedback on electronic signature software -  Chestnut Health Systems is a mid-west Not for profit (CMHC / CCBHC)

    We are looking at some demos with a  electronic signature vendor, wondering below - 

    Who are providers using for electronic signatures?

    • Examples – signing of consents, releases of information,  assessments .

            - For staff signatures – new employee paperwork.

             - What is there return rate on signed documents?

              - What is patient feedback on ease of use of software?
