    Good Morning Associate Executives - As you likely know, Congress recently passed a $1.3 trillion omnibus bill that contained approximately $900 billion in COVID-19 relief funds.  Included within were a number of updates to the Paycheck Protection Program – notably, a "second draw" provision, adjustments to eligibility requirements, and clarifications regarding taxation.

    Attached please find a memorandum from our outside counsel,Thorn Run Partners, highlighting these important changes.

    Hi there!  It is a mixture of both – if that makes sense.  The memo will clarify when the provision is only applicable to certain types of loans or if the provision is only applicable to loans made after the date of enactment etc.
