    Please see the guidance secured today by the District's Medicaid authority, including patient home as originating site for telehealth, reimbursable telephone-only contact, use of non-HIPAA-compliant one-to-one video telehealth (Facetime), and approval for delivery of those services by paraprofessionals as well as licensed individuals in the case of community support
