  • 1.  Mental Health Advance Directives

    We had legislation introduced this past session to establish mental health advance directives. Several groups, including NABHO testified in a neutral capacity as we had more questions than answers regarding what this would really entail. Do any of your states have something like this in place?

    NJ rolled out our Advance Directives registry last month.

    NJ has been working on this for a number of years, and last month's rollout had been worked on by a variety of stakeholders, particularly the Mental Health Association of NJ.
