Hi everyone,
We are advocating in NY for some permanent changes based off of the emergency regulations put in place to allow telehealth. I have two questions that I'm hoping other associations can help with.
1) does your state allow for telephonic services, outside of the disaster emergency?
2) what is the telehealth application process in your state? The application in NYS is very extensive and burdensome, so we are looking to see if other states have simpler applications.
