Dear Association Executives - With news about COVID-19 developing rapidly – and with your health top of mind – we want to provide an update on the status of NatCon20.
We are moving forward with planning for NatCon20, but we are currently in a holding pattern. We understand that you may already have decided not to attend, and we are committed to working with you. We are a membership organization and we have your back. Whether you are a registrant or an exhibitor, we have included information below if you wish to request a full refund.
With respect to NatCon20 planning, we remain in daily contact with the Austin City Public Health Authority, which seeks assurance that mitigation plans are in place for an event of our size. We have submitted the requested information and we are awaiting a response.
We understand your frustration and we welcome your questions, comments or concerns. Please don't hesitate to contact us.
If you have decided that you want to cancel, or if you are forced to cancel because of work or travel restrictions, please fill out our NATCON20 Registration Cancellation Request Form.
You are responsible for cancelling both your airline and hotel reservations. Please make sure to reach out directly to your hotel to cancel your upcoming reservation. For your convenience, we have provided the names of all hotels and contact information. You can search the list of hotels here.
In the meantime, please do everything you can to remain healthy. We will continue to keep you informed because we want you to be safe and confident that we have your best interests at heart.
