  • 1.  MemberClicks Membership Management Software

    Good morning.

    The Ohio Council uses MemberClicks as our membership management software product and  I recall that several other state associations are also using this software.  We are in the middle of migrating to the OASIS platform and running into some challenges, particularly with membership renewal and invoicing.  I'm interested in hearing from those of you using this software if you are 1) using the product for membership renewal; 2) are you invoicing member dues via OASIS; 3) do you allow members to pay dues on a quarterly or semi-annual payment model and if so how do you accomplish this?  We have 160 member organizations and would like to find a strategy to automate invoicing and right now, we are searching for a solution with this product.  I would welcome hearing how you accomplish using MemberClick or if you only use this product for membership communications and event registration.

    We use MemberClicks only for member communications and event registration.  Even with event registration, we've found it a bit clunky in spots, e.g., when we register tables vs. single tickets.  It appears oriented toward associations of individuals vs. associations of organizations.  We have not moved to renewal and dues invoicing, but that's due to internal limitations.

    Good morning!
    We have used MemberClicks for several years.  The migration to OASIS was not without its challenges, but our staff is committed to the process.  I will say that it was only when we did a deep dive into MemberClicks that it "worked."  Our first couple years, we were dipping our toe in.  It was only when we went all in that our members started fully utilizing it.  There has been lots of hand holding and technical assistance, but that really made the difference. 

    Give all that is going on, we are very grateful that our members have now embraced this platform.  Their support team continues to be stellar!

    Good Morning:

    Jumping on this bandwagon.  We started using Atlas/Memberclicks last year for full CRM/AMS integration.  We're still in the dipping phase with members but it has helped us streamline event registration, membership communication, website design and updates, payments, etc. 

    I suspect as we continue to internally familiarize with it we will maximize its power.
