Dear Association Executives – Given the significant interest in the proposed vaccine mandate rules, we would like to devote most of Tuesday's monthly Association Executives meeting to this subject. To this end, John O'Brien, regulatory expert and former SAMHSA and CMS official, and Dianne Pledgie and Molly Evans of Feldesman Tucker, will join us for tomorrow's meeting to speak about the proposed CMS and OSHA vaccine mandate rules. National Council Board members will also be invited to join the meeting.

Given the broad interest expressed by many members in this, we wanted to make at least part of the conversation available to all members. So we will record just the presentations from John O'Brien and Feldesman Tucker (not the Q and A) and then send to members a link to this recording. This way, you will have the opportunity to, and can feel free to, ask questions without a broader audience.
