Dear Association Executives - We have been asked to share a short survey on medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) from the Reagan-Udall Foundation.
If you could share this with your members and ask them to take a few minutes to fill it out, that would be helpful. Please do not hesitate to let us know if you have any questions.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
(Specifically,) the Reagan-Udall Foundation for the FDA is creating a patient journey map on use of MAT and on MOUD. Recognizing that the impact of providers is critical to the individual journey, we'd appreciate your input and perceptions about working with individuals who have considered or used MAT/MOUD. Please note that we do not ask for any client/patient-specific detail.
Would you take about ten minutes to complete a survey? You'll be helping the project and the National Council as we'll receive a $25 donation for the first 20 responses received on each of the three links below.
Most of the questions are multiple choice, but you have the option of answering a few open-ended questions. There are some standard demographic questions at the start of the survey that may seem irrelevant. Please feel free to select the "prefer not to answer" option. You can access the surveys here:
Clinicians (non prescribing): https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/W7ZVKHL
Clinicians (prescribing): https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/W98G6LV
Pharmacist: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/96HRWV2
Please complete the full survey (open-ended questions are optional) as we cannot use surveys that are incomplete. Your responses are confidential and we do not request, link or save any personally identifiable information. You can read the full Terms here. Please note that the survey tool is HIPPA compliant (although we do not ask for any patient information).
We truly appreciate any insights you provide
