Hi, all.
I have a highly motivated and productive staff that does a lot of work, including from home. But I've noticed this week that there have been a few things slipping, including a sort of sloppy Zoom meeting (I wasn't on it) during which staff was sometimes off-screen.
Or so I was told by a board member.
Apart from the obvious ("stay on screen if it's our meeting!") is anyone else seeing this? My guess is that after so long a little laxness has slipped in, which isn't usual for them. I completely understand, I'm fighting it myself.
Any thoughts or advice welcome.
