    Hi Colleagues,

    As a follow-up to our conversation earlier today about issues with the Phase 2 payments etc., I just received a note from one of our members. They said when they called the portal hotline today, they were told the direct deposit for the Phase 2 didn't work and they should go ahead and apply for Phase 3.
