    Hello AEs, 

    Attached is a template you may find helpful, should your association decide to submit comments the proposed HHS sunset rule. The proposed rule would require all existing regulations to be reviewed every 10 years, or the rules would sunset.

    Please note the highlighted sections, which will need to be tailored based on your association's information. 

    Comments are due, COB tomorrow (Nov 4), and can be submitted to:  https://beta.regulations.gov/document/HHS-OS-2020-0012-0001
