Dear Association Executives - Last week, the U.S. House of Representatives passed a slate of mental health and substance use-related bills. Each bill listed below was considered and approved by the House Energy and Commerce Committee in the previous Congress. These bills now head to the Senate for consideration by the appropriate committees of jurisdiction. There is no set timetable for movement or consideration of these bills in the Senate.
