I'm reaching out to you on behalf of the Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA) to encourage you to review the $103 million in grant opportunities below that aim to address resiliency among the healthcare and public safety workforce. HRSA is currently accepting applications through August 30.

Please let me know if you have any questions, and I can coordinate with HRSA to answer them.

Health and Public Safety Workforce Resiliency Technical Assistance Center (HRSA-22-111) – Provides tailored training and technical assistance to establish, enhance and expand the capacity and infrastructure to deploy evidence-informed or evidence-based innovative strategies that promote mental and behavioral health, prevent suicide, and reduce burnout and substance use among the health workforce, particularly in rural and medically underserved communities.

o   Eligible applicants – Health professions schools; academic health centers; state or local governments; Indian tribes and tribal organizations; paraprofessionals, public safety officers and employers of such individuals, other appropriate public or private nonprofit entities (or consortia of entities, including entities promoting multidisciplinary approaches).

o   HRSA will award approximately $6 million for one grant.

Health and Public Safety Workforce Resiliency Training Program (HRSA-22-109) – Plan, develop, operate or participate in health professions and nursing training activities using evidence-based or evidence-informed strategies in order to reduce burnout and promote resiliency among health care students, residents, professionals, paraprofessionals, trainees, public safety officers, and employers of such individuals, collectively known as the "Health Workforce," in rural and underserved communities.

o   Eligible applicants – Health professions schools; academic health centers; state or local governments; Indian tribes and tribal organizations; or other appropriate public or private nonprofit entities (or consortia of such entities, including entities promoting multidisciplinary approaches).

o   HRSA will award approximately $68 million for 30 grants.
o   Eligible applicants – Entities providing health care, including health care providers associations, and Federally Qualified Health Centers.
      • HRSA will award approximately $29 million for 10 grants.

If you're interested in alerting your network to these funding opportunities, we will provide sharable materials such as social media messages, graphics, a newsletter blurb, and more.

Visit grants.gov to learn more about the eligibility criteria, funding, and application process.
