Good morning!
I am wondering what best practices anyone can recommend regarding drug testing for either staff who are transgendered or clients who are transgendered. We are encountering this and want to be sensitive to both staff and clients to develop a policy which follows what is recognized in the field as being a best practice. If anyone can recommend a resource, that would be appreciated!
