    ​Hello,

    In our outpatient services array, we have a program for affiliated BH providers (LCSWs, LCPCs, PMHNP, etc). Reimbursement to these contractors is based on a Fee for Service or unit-based model.  We are currently managing our timesheet and payment tracking "system" through a variety of automated and manual steps involving reporting, Excel and an Access DB.  This process is time consuming and corrections, adjustments, retractions are very manual. 

     

    We would like to improve our timesheet and payment tracking to eliminate the need for manual interventions.  Are there any agencies who have developed their own, contracted out or purchased an off the shelf product to manage their unit based payments to providers?
