Hi Kate,
I am following up on behalf of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF) about its new storytelling effort, That's Medicaid.
You may remember being contacted in the last year to help identify participants for That's Medicaid, which highlights people who have benefited from Medicaid at critical points in their lives. The effort has officially launched, and we hope you'll check it out at ThatsMedicaid.org. Its stories help illustrate the role Medicaid plays as part of the U.S. health insurance system. We encourage you to share and use That's Medicaid stories across your networks, and incorporate them into your work as you see fit.
We are still looking for new participants, and welcome your help identifying and connecting with individuals or families who are currently or were previously covered by Medicaid. Do you know of anyone who we should connect with? We are seeking connections with both 1) potential participants and/or 2) your partner organizations in states who work with beneficiaries. We are grateful for organizations like yours that have helped us find stories.
I'm happy to share additional information about what the Foundation is looking for, and what participation entails. Please reply, or give me a call at 202-868-4815, to refer us to potential participants or with any questions.
Thanks,
Jake
