We are expecting the Joint Commission visit in the near future and have made major modifications to our inpatient MHU, e.g. new beds, new furniture, etc. The surveyors we have used to prepare have recommended other changes to our unit such that we want to look at other program's "best practices" for inpatient programming, e.g. groups, occupational therapies, etc. Can any inpatient behavioral health program providers send me information about your inpatient unit with respect to size, daily schedules, groups or programs you offer, etc.
