Outsourcing HR can be a great way to ensure compliance with regulations, offload the burden of payroll and payroll related compliance, and get your regulatory HR needs met. I agree that NPEO is a great place to start looking for those opportunities. I'm not sure how big your organization is, but my only criticism of outsourced HR is you lose an ally in both strategy of your workforce and culture influence and regulation. If these are things you have a solid handle on, then an PEO may be the best option for you!
