I am looking for resources to help support staff and educate individuals on cultural sensitivity.  We have individuals who may use racial slurs toward staff of color.  We have worked to educate them but have not yet made a real impact on the behavior.  (This is happening in a remote, court ordered residential program, so ending services for the individual or moving the staff to another program are not on the table.) I am looking for tools to help supervisors support the staff, give them resources of specifics responses to use...really anything related.  Any help is appreciated! Thanks!
